Returns
- You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@shriyanemporium.in with your order details.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shriyanemporium.in.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
