Artist Partner Policy

At Arts : Shriyan Emporium, we value creativity and are committed to promoting handmade art from talented artists across India. Our Artist Partner Program allows independent artists to collaborate with us while maintaining their creative freedom. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for artists who wish to partner with us.

• We partner with artists to showcase and sell their artwork on our platform under the Shriyan Emporium brand. While the products are sold with our branding, credit is given to the original artist.
• The partnership is mutually beneficial, offering visibility to artists and expanding the range of unique, handmade art available on our platform.

• All artwork submitted by partner artists must meet our quality standards. This includes craftsmanship, durability, and overall aesthetic appeal.
• We reserve the right to request adjustments or improvements if the quality does not meet our guidelines.

• Artists retain ownership of their original designs. However, when the artwork is sold on our platform, it is marketed under our branding.
• Artists grant arts.shriyanemporium.in the right to display, market, and sell their works on the website and through our promotional channels, including social media, email, and other forms of advertising.

• Pricing of the products will be determined in consultation with the artist. We ensure fair and competitive pricing that benefits both the artist and the platform.
• Artists will receive a pre-agreed commission for each sale made. Payments will be made monthly to the bank account provided by the artist.
• Any changes in the commission structure will be discussed with the artist before implementation.

• Once an order for a partner artist’s product is placed, the artist is responsible for preparing the item according to the specifications agreed upon (unless otherwise stated).
• Shipping and logistics will be handled by arts.shriyanemporium.in unless a different arrangement is made.

• While artists maintain ownership of their work, they agree not to sell the same design on competing platforms without notifying us.
• Artists must ensure that the work submitted is their original creation and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

• Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by providing a 30-day written notice.
• Upon termination, all outstanding payments will be processed and completed within 30 days.
• Arts.shriyanemporium.in reserves the right to remove any artwork from the platform at any time if it no longer aligns with our values or quality standards.

Both parties agree to keep all partnership details, including pricing, commissions, and other business-related discussions, confidential.

Any disputes arising out of this partnership will be resolved amicably between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be settled through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.
