Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will get a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹499, and free shipping across Maharashtra on all orders above ₹159.
  • Delivery times typically range between 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Some delays may occur due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances, and we will keep you updated.

International Shipping

  • Now, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within India.

Shipping to Remote Areas

  • For certain remote or rural areas, extra shipping time is required. We will let you know if this affects your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will give you a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to check the delivery status of your order.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for the shipping cost of re-delivery. Additionally, if the package is not claimed, we are not responsible for the shipping cost of re-delivery. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • In case your item is damaged in transit or lost, please contact us at support@arts.shriyanemporium.in within 5 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
